One of the most exciting things to do in Knysna is a ferry trip on Knysna Lagoon or a yacht or boat trip through the Heads. Most trips leave from the Knysna Waterfront pass the Knysna Yacht Club and the old Thesens Jetty. See the marvelous homes on the banks of the Lagoon at Leisure Isle and at the Heads. The homes at the Heads remind one of the Rivera. The view up to the heads from water level is quite spectacular. A trip on the lagoon is a must for young and old.
