We definitely recommend Paradise Found because as the name states, it's where we found our paradise

Johann was ready to greet us as soon as we arrived at the gate. He not only showed us to the room but recommended us great restaurants to eat at. Dirkie created an AMAZING folder filled of activities to do within Knysna, as well as the surrounding areas (way better than google). They requested a breakfast time and were always on time. Checked up on us every morning and asked about our previous day and what were our plans for the day. They really create an atmosphere of home away from home. We will definitely be back :)

Great location with a fantastic view of the Lagoon. The hosts were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent continental breakfast served on the deck with a view of paradise!

Paradise Fond ist ein ideales Gästehaus in Knysna. Es hat eine fantastische Lage über der Lagune . Johann und seine Frau kümmern sich sehr um die Gäste mit einem tollen Frühstück und Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

the view, the lovely and caring Johan and Dirkie and the little Jacks made us feel at home and extremely welcomed. nothing was too much, helpful hints and tips plus even daily specials to your phone for restaurants in the vicinity. truly a special place with special people.

Amazing views with excellent hosts, Feb2022

Paradise Found is truely a hidden gem of Knysna. You get unsurpassed views of the Lagoon and Knysna heads from the comfort of your room (completely unobstructed). Breakfast is served privately on your own balcony so you definitely have VIP treatment. Large beds and good wifi access - TV has Netflix and YouTube. The waterfront is a 3 minute drive away with loads of restaurants to choose from. Johan was an exceptional host and kept us updated on daily specials as well as giving suggestions on activities. Thank you Johan & Dirkie, you will definitely be seeing us again when we visit Knysna.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in bester Lage mit tollen Gastgebern
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage mit Blick über die Lagune von Knysna. Johan und Dirkie gaben sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten und haben den Tisch reserviert. Für uns war es ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hoogtepunt van onze Zuid Afrika reis.
Van de hele reis naar Afrika waren dit de mooiste, rustigste , fijnste vier dagen . Het vriendelijke welkom van Johan en Dirkje, niet dat overdrevene wat je vaak ziet, was zo hartverwarmend dat ik toen al wist dat ik het liefst langer had willen blijven. Toen we eenmaal op de kamer kwamen was het uitzicht zó overweldigend dat ik tien minuten tijd nodig had om het op me in te laten werken. Het uitzicht, de heerlijke schone kamer, het ruime uitnodigende bed, de douche met heerlijke badproducten. Wat waren we dankbaar voor deze twee mensen en hun prachtige huis. Knysna is zó bijzonder, we hadden nog zeker een week kunnen blijven. Helaas moesten we verder , maar we komen terug. Het ontbijt gedekt op ons eigen balkon met het prachtige uitzicht zullen we nooit vergeten. Dank jullie wel, lieve twee. Jullie verstaan de kunst om gasten tot rust te brengen.

Paradise Found is indeed paradise with views to take your breath away.
Superior accommodation in all respects. Johann was very helpful with suggestions for activities and recommendations for eating. Booked us in a lovely restaurant first night, which we returned to second night. Would have loved to have stayed longer. First rate healthy breakfast too.
